In 1979, Bob Anderson started this company with a simple vision: to deliver honest, high-quality carpentry that homeowners and contractors could count on. With just a truck, a few tools, and a whole lot of grit, he built lasting relationships—and a business that would become a staple in the community.

Today, Bob Anderson Builders is proudly led by the next generation and is 100% employee owned, carrying forward the values Bob built his name on: integrity, character, and a job well done. What began as a one-man operation has grown into a full-service carpentry and construction company serving commercial, multi-family, and residential clients throughout Wisconsin.
